ARINE LEGAL

Terms of Service

Terms for using Arine to plan, create and manage advertising campaigns.

Last updated: September 20, 2026

Provider: Arine Ecosystem Pvt Ltd

By accessing or using Arine, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Arine is a business software service that researches markets, plans campaigns, creates advertising copy and images, and creates and manages Meta ad campaigns on a user's behalf. Arine can also connect to Shopify or WooCommerce stores to use product and order information in the campaign workflow.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to act for the business and connected advertising or store accounts you use.

2. Accounts and connected services

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your login, and all activity under your account. You may connect only Meta, Google, Shopify, WooCommerce, or other accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Meta features are also governed by Meta's applicable terms, Platform Terms, Developer Policies, Advertising Standards, and commercial terms. Connected store and Google features remain subject to those providers' terms. We do not control a provider's API availability, review decisions, restrictions, or account suspensions.

3. Meta campaigns and your responsibilities

Campaigns, ad sets, ads, and related Meta objects created by Arine are created paused. You alone decide whether and when to activate them, set or change budgets, and incur advertising spend. Arine does not charge your Meta ad spend and cannot activate spend without your action or separate explicit authorization.

You are responsible for reviewing every campaign, audience, claim, image, landing page, budget, and setting before activation. Your advertising content and business must comply with applicable law, third-party rights, and Meta's Advertising Standards. Arine does not guarantee Meta approval, delivery, reach, conversion, revenue, or any advertising result.

4. Credits, payments, failed generations, and refunds

Paid plans include credits, and add-on credits may be sold separately. One credit buys one unit of eligible platform processing. A research, planning, text-generation, image-generation, or campaign action may require one or more units; the applicable credit charge is shown in the service, plan description, or confirmation flow before use. Credits are a limited license to use the service, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire at the end of the stated plan or validity period.

PayU processes payments. You authorize the displayed price, taxes, and billing frequency at checkout. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may delay credits or suspend paid access.

If an eligible AI generation fails because of a verified Arine or provider error and produces no usable output, the consumed credits will be automatically restored where supported or restored after support verifies the failure. Dissatisfaction with a successfully delivered probabilistic AI output is not itself a failed generation.

Except where law requires otherwise, used credits, completed generations, and advertising spend are non-refundable. Unused purchases and duplicate or erroneous charges are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your content and generated output

You retain ownership of brand materials, store data, prompts, images, and other content you submit. You grant Arine and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

As between you and Arine, you may use generated output for lawful business purposes, subject to third-party rights and applicable provider terms. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, duplicated, inappropriate, or contain artifacts or mis-rendered text. AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection. You must review it before publishing or using it in advertising.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Arine to break the law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights; create deceptive, discriminatory, unsafe, or prohibited ads; promote illegal goods or services; distribute malware or spam; exploit children; scrape or probe the service; bypass security or rate limits; or access an account without authorization.

We may pause or terminate access, remove content, or cooperate with authorities when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, Arine, or the public, or to enforce these Terms.

7. Cancellation, disconnection, and account closure

You may cancel a paid plan before its next renewal. Unless the checkout terms or law say otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and unused plan credits then expire. Disconnecting Meta immediately revokes and deletes the stored Meta token; Arine can no longer read or manage that Meta account.

When you close your account, access ends and we delete account, brand, connected-store, Meta, chat, and generated-image data as described in our Data Deletion Instructions. We may retain invoices, tax records, dispute evidence, and information required by law.

8. Intellectual property

Arine and its licensors own the service, software, interface, brand, and documentation. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you. Your content and generated output are addressed separately above.

9. Disclaimers

The service and all AI output are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arine disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, advertising performance, and Meta approval.

Nothing in Arine's research, recommendations, or output is legal, tax, financial, or professional advice.

10. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arine and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, advertising spend, or business opportunity; or actions taken by Meta or another connected provider.

Arine's total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Arine during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so those limits apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You will indemnify Arine against third-party claims arising from your content, campaigns, products, connected accounts, violation of these Terms or law, or infringement of another person's rights.

11. Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms and will post a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be notified in the service or by email. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.

Questions, support requests, or copyright complaints may be sent to Arine Ecosystem Pvt Ltd at arine.soem@gmail.com.
